    Hello,

My name is Donna, I am 38, I live in Baltimore, Maryland, divorced and happy about it, back in college studying to become a special education teacher, a published writer (it's a erotic novel), and disabled due to being struck by a car over 6 years ago.

I have been a fan of Paul's since 1998. He just gets better and better.

I hope to meet a lot follow Paul fans and friends while I am here.

    Hugs,
    Donna

    Hi there Donna,

Welcome to the forum, gorgeous. Smile Divorced and happy about it? hehehe, that's my mum too! Razz

That's terrific that you're studying to become a special education teacher... I love you I'm into reading erotic novels (i cant believe i admitted that just then hehe). When I read them, I imagine the male character/s to be Paul... INCREDIBLY sad, eh? Shocked Laughing Laughing

Sorry to hear about you being struck by a car. I don't want to imagine how that event traumatized you.

You've been a Paul fan for such a long time, yay!!!! sunny I've been a fan since the end of '98/ beginning of '99.

    Thanks,

I am definitely happy about being divorced from my ex, I have been single for over 4 years now.

That is funny about imagining Paul as a male character because one of the male characters in my book (at least when I was writing it, I can't remember if I changed it or not, lol! was based on Paul). In my book, there are 2 main male characters and 1 main female character.

Yep, a long time, I can't wait to see what Paul does next, hee hee.

It has done okay, it's been out since 2006. I can give you a little background for the book:

This is a story about Kristina Dayne, a woman who moves from the east coast tot he west coast. She is divorced and looking for a real man. One night when she is out with friends, she finds it... twice. Once with a British actor and one with an American actor. It spans over a period of 25+ years. There is love, sex, blackmail, rape, murder, and much more.

I started to write it before my accident, when I was struck by the car and after I was laid up for 5 months, so about 1 1/2 years and then, I found a publisher that is in my state that took a chance on my book and published it for me. Yes, he knows that he is a character in the book, he actually laughed about it.

Hi Donna! Shut up, you're a published writer!! That's so awesome! Are you writing anything now?
My cousin's in school to become a special education teacher too. It takes an extremely patient and downright amazing person to do that. *hug*

Baltimore? Lucky. If I lived there I would so buy a Charm City cake. I love Duff's show on the Food Network. Laughing

I am not writing anything right now, I have a lot of school work to do, but I do have an idea for another book. My mom told me that when I was in the 4th grade that my teacher called her in and told her that he never had seen a 10 year old help out follow students with such patience and understanding.

When I registered for classes, the first question that I was asked was, do you think that you can understand and be patient with special needs students? I said I could and my special education professor agreed with me.
